Our produce is always local, always fresh. Since we order directly from local sources, you can expect pefectly ripe and in season fruits, vegetables and herbs.
The Berkshire's Green Grocer obtains most of it's organic tomatoes, mesclun salad greens and baby arugula from Equinox Farm in Sheffield, MA.
We stock local cheeses and milk from High Law Farm, Side Hill Farm yogurt, local eggs from Holiday farm and local meats from Leahey Farm including ground beef, sweet italian sausage, pork chops, rib and sirloin steaks.
The Gill Greenery in Gill, Massachusetts provides us with fresh clover and salad sprouts. Additionally we receive organic tomatoes, squash corn and blueberries from Pelletier's Organics in Becket, Massachsuetts.
Woven Roots Farm in our hometown of Lee grows fresh and organic russian and dinosaur kale, bright lights chard, iceberg and red leaf lettuce, baby beets, turnips, celery and parsley.
We are always looking to expand our local produce, so if you are looking for something you don't see, just ask and if we don't have it we'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
